The Equality Project® is a for-impact LGBTIQA+ charity. Our primary activity is to:

Build the capacity of LGBTIQA+ community advocates, leaders and allies through our advocacy and leadership training programs;
Advance the health and social welfare of LGBTIQA+ Australians through our health and wellbeing initiatives;
Promote cooperation, participation and mutual respect between LGBTIQA+ individuals, communities and allies in Australia through our Better Together® conference;
Develop the Australian LGBTIQA+ Policy Guide to assist government departments, NGOs, organisations, businesses, policy professionals, academics, researchers and the media in to develop policies that support LGBTIQ+ inclusion and human rights in Australia and;
Develop and deliver training, education and capacity-building programs for organisations and businesses to support them in their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
