Working with Minority Communities

What is this program?

Working with Minority Communities is a foundational workshop designed for organisations ready to strengthen their approach to diversity and inclusion.

This session introduces participants to the key concepts of minority stress, intersectionality, and cultural safety - and explores how these play out in in the workplace. It’s a space to reflect, learn, and build understanding before moving into more advanced inclusion practice.

We’ll use interactive exercises and real stories to encourage empathy, challenge assumptions, and inspire action. Think of this as your kickstart toolkit - a practical, engaging introduction that builds the awareness and confidence your team needs to begin creating more inclusive workplaces.
