Cultural Reset
Two departments have recently merged, and while the restructure looks good on paper, tensions are rising. There’s misalignment, cultural clashes, and people are feeling uncertain about their roles. HR knows they can’t facilitate the reset themselves—they’re too close to it. We’re brought in to design and facilitate a workshop that helps people name what’s unspoken, build trust, and co-create new ways of working together.
Shaping a 3-Year Strategic Plan
A local council is updating its 3-year community plan, but recent consultations have felt performative and failed to engage community members meaningfully. There’s mistrust, consultation fatigue, and a fear that decisions are already made. The council brings us in to create a workshop that breaks the cycle and rebuilds trust.
