Allyship at Work

What is this program?

In today's workplace, creating an inclusive culture goes beyond policies. It's about active engagement. Our Allyship at Work program is designed to empower employees to be change agents. Research shows that allies don't just influence individuals; they inspire others, creating a culture of understanding and support. This workshop focuses on building allyship skills, specifically for supporting LGBTIQA+ staff and clients but can also be applied to other traditionally underrepresented or marginalised identities.

Allyship at Work helps you explore how your experiences and opportunities shape your perspective, recognise the influence you hold in the workplace, and learn actionable steps to show up as an effective ally for people in the rainbow community.

This program empowers participants to create a workplace culture of empathy, support, and belonging, where everyone feels valued and contributes to a productive, healthy and positive environment.
